The Zimbabwe Stock Exchange mainstream index added 5,44 percent to close at 371,09 points on Wednesday, attributable to gains by some heavyweights.
The mining index added 0,06 percent to settle at 126,71 points.
Market capitalisation stood at $10,6 billion while turnover amounted to $5,5 million.
The largest company by market capitalisation, Delta gained 14,34 percent to settle at 198,09 cents while OK Zimbabwe gained 18,91 percent to close at 21,38 cents.
Mobile operator, Econet added 7,6 percent to trade at 117,95 cents while Seedco gained 9,92 percent to settle at 176,44 cents.
African Sun and Old Mutual gained 17,14 percent and 11,13 percent to settle at 4,10 cents and 597,86 cents respectively.
Meikles led the losers easing 19,52 percent to settle at 23 cents while StarAfrica eased 6,38 percent to settle at 2,2 cents .
Additionally, Mashonaland Holdings and Lafarge eased 4 percent and 3,85 percent to settle at 7,2 cents and 125 cents respectively.
Dairibord eased 3,46 percent to settle at 13,96 cents.
On the resources space, Bindura added 0,85 percent to settle at 3,55 cents, while RioZim eased 0,16 percent to trade at 119,8 cents.
Hwange and Falgold remained unchanged at 3,8 cents and 2,2 cents respectively.
Foreigners bought shares worth $ 2,1 million compared to sales worth $1,6 million.
